Our cat Omen has been missing since August 29 when he escaped. He always came home when he escaped except for this time our neighbor complained to animal services twice in 2 days I believe she has something to do with him not coming home. We live in the elmwood area but she could have dropped him off in any part of the city and left him there. Please bring him home if found or call number (204) 226-3160 and leave a message. He is wearing a green collar with a Purple Heart name tag and license tags
